1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Nexlo ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Nexlo is an autonomous AI-powered job search service that:

• Scrapes publicly available job listings from job boards and company career pages
• Uses AI to score job listings against your profile and CV
• Generates tailored CV documents and interview preparation materials
• Sends job alerts via email and optional Telegram notifications
• Provides a dashboard to manage your job search pipeline

3. User Accounts

You must create an account to use Nexlo. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your password
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Providing accurate and truthful information in your profile and CV
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Nexlo only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Submit false or misleading information in your CV or profile
• Use the Service to spam employers or apply to roles you are clearly unqualified for
• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or extract data from the Service
• Share your account credentials with others
• Use the Service in any way that could damage, disable, or impair it
• Use automated tools to access the Service beyond its intended functionality

5. CV and Personal Data

By uploading your CV, you grant Nexlo a limited licence to process and analyse it for the purpose of providing the Service. We will not share your CV with any employer without your explicit action (such as clicking "Apply").

You represent that your CV contains accurate information and that you have the right to submit it.

6. AI-Generated Content

Nexlo uses AI to generate tailored CVs, cover letter suggestions, and interview preparation materials. You acknowledge that:

• AI-generated content may not always be accurate or suitable for your situation
• You should review all AI-generated content before submitting it to employers
• Nexlo is not responsible for the outcome of any job application
• Job scores and grades are estimates based on AI analysis and may not reflect actual employer requirements

7. Job Listings

Nexlo aggregates publicly available job listings from various sources. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or availability of any listing. Job listings may change or be removed at any time. Nexlo is not affiliated with any employer featured in listings.

8. Subscription and Payment

Nexlo offers free and paid subscription tiers. For paid subscriptions:

• Payments are processed securely via Stripe
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled
• You may cancel at any time — cancellation takes effect at the end of your billing period
• We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice to existing subscribers

9. Intellectual Property

The Nexlo software, design, and branding are the intellectual property of Usama Fateh Ali. The underlying open-source code is available under the MIT licence at github.com/Usama1909/Nexlo.

You retain ownership of your CV and personal data. You grant us a limited licence to process it as described in these terms.

10. Disclaimers

Nexlo is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

• That the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• That job alerts will be comprehensive or timely
• That AI scoring will accurately reflect your suitability for any role
• Any specific outcome from using the Service, including employment

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nexlo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including loss of employment opportunity or income.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

14. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
